Reading a Secure Message
During the process of IT creating your accounts, you should have received an email containing a secure message to access your account credentials. Depending on the type of device you are using, and who your email provider is, there are different ways to read a secure message.

Working on a PC or Laptop?
If prompted for a single use code when clicking “Read the Message”
If your email provider requires a single use code (Yahoo! for example), review the options below and the follow the instructions that best fits the description.
Step 1: Click “Read the Message”.
Step 2: You will be redirected to a web page where you can sign in and receive a single use code.
Step 3: Check your email for the single use code. Enter the code in the provided box and then select “Continue” to read your message.
If you see “Sign in with…” when clicking “Read the Message”
If your email provider does not require a single use code, please review the options and follow the instructions that best fits the description:
Step 1: Click “Read the Message”.
Step 2: Select “Sign in with…” and select your email provider.
Step 3: You will be redirected to your providers’ sign in page. Once signed in, click “Allow”
Step 4: You will be redirected to a new and you can now view your Secure/Protected message.
Working on a Mobile phone or tablet?
If prompted for a single use code when I tap “Read the Message”
Step 1: Tap “Click Here to Read your Message”.
Step 2: Tap “Sign in with a single use code”.
Step 3: You will be directed to a page where you can sign in and receive a single use code.
Step 4: Check your email for the single use code and copy it.
Step 5: Enter the code into the field and tap “Continue” to read your message.
If you see “Sign in with…” when I tap “Read the Message”
Step 1: Tap “Click Here to Read your Message”.
Step 2: Tap “Sign in with…” and sign in with your email provider account
Step 3: If you get a request for permissions, tap “Yes” or “Allow” to view your message
Step 4: Your Secure/Protected message will show up in a new window and you will now be able to view it.
Once you have completed the steps and you can access your account credentials, please return to the New Hire Equipment Setup guide that was provided to you and continue on to the next steps of the setup process.
