Shawn Holt brings more than 25 years of experience in the health insurance industry to Bloom. A seasoned executive, Shawn has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling organizations within the Medicare and ACA sector. Shawn is a Co-Founder of Focused Health, a Medicare Advantage and ACA-focused distribution agency acquired by Bloom in 2024. Prior to building Focused Health, he served as Chief Sales Officer at Centene Corporation, a Fortune 25 company, and was CEO of Meridian, Medicare. His extensive experience in health care sales, combined with his ability to build and lead high-performing teams, positions him as a key strategic leader for Bloom’s continued growth and innovation. 

Kevin Todd has over two decades of expertise in the health and insurance sector. His extensive career includes a noteworthy tenure as the Chief Financial Officer of Bloom from 2007 to 2023, during which he expertly directed all finance, accounting, and contracting operations. Presently, Kevin holds the position of Chief of Staff, playing a pivotal role within the leadership team. In addition to this, he supervises Information Systems and Security, handles Regulatory Affairs, and spearheads the company’s benefit strategy.

Craig Wigginton is the Chief Technology Officer at Bloom.  He brings over 25 years of experience in product development and digital transformation focused largely on improving healthcare accessibility and delivery for the most vulnerable populations. Most recently, Craig led the transformation of Gifted Healthcare to become a digital agency. Previously, Craig led product and technology delivery at Icario Health and Altruista Health. Before dedicating his efforts to improving healthcare delivery at Health Integrated and Neoforma, Craig built large-scale solutions at several telecommunications companies, including AT&T.
