Q: Where can I drop my package once it is ready?
A: Go to https://fedex.com/ and click “Drop off a package” to search for the nearest dropoff location.
Q: How long do I have to return the equipment?
A: Bloom requests that all equipment be returned within ten (10) days.
Q: What items should be returned?
A: Please return all equipment containing confidential information, which includes laptops, desktop computers, docking stations, portable drives, and webcams. Do not return any accessories, including monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets, or other Bloom-provided accessories.
Q: How should my return equipment be packed?
A: Please use newspaper, bubble wrap, or packing paper to secure the computer equipment in the box. If you order materials from Bloom, packing materials will be included with the return kit.
